I am so glad my husband and I chose The Corner District for our wedding reception. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy, classy, rustic, just basically anything you picture, it can be molded to fit! It was the perfect amount of room for dining and dancing, everyone had such a wonderful time. If we lived in the area, I would definitely use the venue for future events! Love it and we are so grateful! - Drew and Dale

The lovely venue with the gorgeous chandeliers, wood floors, and sheer curtains provided the perfect atmosphere for our party. The room had the mix of rustic and classic that I was looking for. Kristen and Debbie Ley were amazing to work with! My mother-in-law, Lisa, spent time emailing and meeting them to help plan, and she had so many wonderful things to say about them and the venue. I loved that the venue is large enough for the size party that we had, but also seemed intimate and personal. The bar was beautiful and perfectly set toward the back of the room, keeping the room more open for movement, chatting space, tables and chairs, and dancing room (of course). We could not have been happier with our choice of The Corner District for our rehearsal dinner. - Cam and Carley

I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Ley at The Corner District on a wedding rehearsal recently. As a caterer, I cannot stress enough the importance of having a venue manager who is available for questions in order to adequately prepare for set up and service. Debbie was so helpful and so kind! And, her venue is stunning! I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to throw a great event with flawless execution! - Ashley Walker, Mary Mac's Tea Room

Event Spaces

The building has been given new life and returned to its original floor plan with hardwood floors, skylights and exposed brick walls. Enter into the building from downtown's main street, look out at the warehouse and city park from the deck.

Once the General Store's trading post and storage facility for cotton and corn, we've rehabilitated it back to pristine condition and added bathrooms and a bridal suite. Enter from the steps leading to the General Store. Slide open the doors and see the adjacent city park that is also available for rent.
